Before You Ride

We list out things riders have to check before they ride the e-scooter/e-bike. Make sure you go over all the precautions listed below, watching the videos for your reference beforehand. They’ll be of great help to the usage and basic manual adjustments whenever needed.

There are two things to note about the brake system. [Reference Picture]

Please make sure that the brake nut is well bolted to avoid loosening during riding.

Here we’d like to offer kind reminders of some instructions before you ride the TWIN:

Before using the scooter, please take a pic of the serial# on the underside of the deck and keep the carton within the warranty period just in case of any possible part return/exchange service.

Check the brakes before you hit the road!!
1. Pull the brake levers (right and left) when pushing the scooter to see if the braking force is sufficient enough for a stop.
2. If you find the braking force is not enough for a safe stop, go check the bolt on the brake line by the rear tire and see if the bolt is fixed in place. You may refer to the video here to make adjustments if needed.

Again, before hitting the road, ensure that every screw on the scooter is securely tightened (screws for the handlebars, brake lines, etc.).

Here we’d like to offer kind reminders of some instructions before you ride the TITAN:

Before using the scooter, please take a pic of the serial# on the underside of the deck and keep the carton within the warranty period just in case of any possible part return/exchange service or for other purposes/needs that could arise in the future.

Please be noted that to prevent possible pop during transportation, the tires of TITAN 9/10 will not be fully inflated. Please check the tire when receiving your scooter and get them filled to our suggested tire pressure before hitting the road.
