Shipping Policy

How do you ship?
For shipping in the US, we basically ship all scooters & bikes Every Tuesday from our central warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, with FedEx. A signature is now required to receive the high-value cargo in the USA to prevent issues like a delivery failure or loss of items, but packages of accessories are an exception.


How long will it take for my scooter to arrive?
Delivery times range from 7 days to California to 10 days to the North East by local logistics.

Accessories and parts may also ship from our factory, from Asia, either by FedEx, UPS, USPS, YunExpress. Unless specifically requested, accessories and parts will ship without a signature required. Delivery time would be 10-14 days by air.

Please noted that affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.



Do you ship internationally?

We deliver to Canada and Europe from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

We deliver to almost all other countries (e.g. EU/UK, Australia, Hong Kong, etc.) from our warehouse in Asia. Just place the order with your delivery address and check out - shipping cost will be added at check out. If you are having trouble completing the order, please contact us.


How much does shipping cost and how long does it take for in stock product?
Continental US: Ground shipping is starting from $99 - it takes 7-14 business days.

Canada: Starting from $249, depending on the total weight of the goods, all taxes and import fees included - 45-60 business days.

EU/UK: Starting from $179, depending on the total weight of the goods and the country, all taxes and import fees included, 30-45 business days.

Australia: Starting from $259, depending on the total weight of the goods, all taxes and import fees included, 30-45 business days.

 

Do I have to pay import taxes if I order internationally?
We ship our scooter duty paid, i.e. you will just have to wait until the scooter/bike arrives at your door. In rare cases, we may need to ask you to do the import declaration.
This will come up in the ordering process.

 

Is it possible to ship to remote sites in America?

Yes, but the shipping cost will be adjusted regarding different areas in America. Shipping from Hong Kong warehouse.

 

Does SPLACH ship to Hawaii?

Yes, we do ship to Hawaii. We can air transport escooters to Hawaii but the shipping cost will be higher. The exact shipping cost will depend on the shipping address, according to the actual freight fee from the logistics companies. 

 

Shipping changes or missed delivery

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information. SPLACH is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages by the courier. If a recipient has any special requests like changing shipping address or delivery instructions, please contact the courier to arrange. Changes to the shipping address after the shipping label has been created may incur additional charges and the buyer must pay the fee. If any problem arises afterward (like package loss), the buyer has to take responsibility.


* For US customers purchasing escooters or ebikes, a signature is required upon delivery to receive high-value cargo and prevent issues like failed delivery or lost items. If there is no eligible recipient at the address, the package may be returned to either a depot or our warehouse. Please note that the shipping cost for rearranging the package to be sent has to be paid by the buyer.

* For non-USA customers purchasing escooters or ebikes, signature upon delivery is not available. Packages will be left at your front door, and there's a risk of package loss. Upon receiving the tracking number, please monitor the delivery status daily to estimate the arrival time in advance or proactively contact the courier to arrange a delivery time. If we have photo evidence of delivery but your package is stolen or lost, please contact the courier directly.

* For accessory purchases, packages will be left at your front door without requiring a signature, which may risk loss. Please monitor the delivery status daily once you receive the tracking number to estimate arrival time or proactively contact the courier to arrange delivery. If we have photo evidence of delivery but your package is stolen or lost, please contact the courier directly.
